STICKY ISSUE PROTOCOL

An activity for triads or quads:

1. Companion A presents a "sticky" issue: a troubling situation which he/she must handle or which he/she did not handle well.
The tuning companions remain silent (may ask questions to keep companion A talking if necessary).
(8 minutes)

2. The tuning companions ask clarifying questions.
(5 minutes)

3. The tuning companions discuss what they have heard.
What seem to be the primary issues?

Has the companion A thought about__________________?
I wonder if__________________________?

Companion A remains silent, takes notes.
